Rub Recordings began life as an independent record label and swiftly expanded to include an artist booking agency borne out of the burgeoning UK jazz scene of the early 2000s. 

Our roster has represented artists such as Sons Of Kemet, Polar Bear, Acoustic Ladyland, Mop Mop, Akala Soweto Kinch and Kain the poet and continues to pursue the progressive hidden gems of jazz related music and beyond.
